www.d3swimming.com started as Derek's personal project while he was in college and has since grown into the top website for Division III Swimming & Diving fans seeking information and community. It has a vibrant user community that actively contributes news, meets results, and opinions throughout the year.
Derek developed this database-driven website in PHP and MySQL.
In the Winter of 2004, Derek recruited a few of his teammates to help him with upkeep and moderating duties, and on January 26, 2004, this website was launched.
